Anyone who lives in Wilanów with a dog or a cat ends up at Sarmacka 9 sooner or later. That is where Animal Care Center, a veterinary clinic in Miasteczko Wilanów, has operated for years. In 2024 it became part of the international AniCura network, while keeping its existing address, team and name on the sign.
The clinic sees patients Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 21:00, and on weekends from 10:00 to 15:00, which in practice means an urgent problem with a pet does not have to wait until Monday. When all slots for a given day are already booked, the clinic also takes walk in patients, seen by whichever internist is on duty that day. Booking works by phone at +48 22 740 77 63 or by email at recepcja@animalcarecenter.pl.
What the care covers
The range of services goes well beyond a routine vaccination or check up. The clinic has its own imaging diagnostics, a digital X ray and an ultrasound with Doppler, and procedures such as endoscopy, rhinoscopy or arthroscopy are done by appointment. On the surgical side it handles standard castrations and sterilisations as well as orthopaedic repairs after injuries, including knee ligament reconstruction, always under inhalation anaesthesia with full monitoring of the animal.
On top of that there is veterinary dentistry, oncology with chemotherapy and biopsies, dermatology, ophthalmology and full laboratory diagnostics on site. For a dog or cat owner in Miasteczko Wilanów this means most matters, from a routine shot to a more serious surgical procedure, can be handled without driving across the city.
Joining AniCura did not change how the clinic itself runs day to day. It is still the same team, at the same address, just with access to a larger network of specialists and the standards the group follows. For clients the change mostly means wider options for consultations rather than any revolution in everyday service.
The human clinic Przychodnia Wilanów, already covered on this blog, sits on the same street at number 10C, so it is easy to mix up the addresses, especially on a first visit. For residents of this part of Miasteczko Wilanów it is simply another stop within a short walk, this time for the four legged member of the household rather than the humans.
