A toothache on a Saturday morning, or a first checkup after moving to Wilanów. Either way, there is no need to drive into central Warsaw. Inside the Alto shopping centre at al. Rzeczypospolitej 14, in the same building as a Wilanów Library branch and the Zdrofit gym, an Enel-Med dental surgery has been running since 2017.
The surgery is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:30, and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 14:00. The contact number is +48 22 147 7777. Beyond that line, the network also runs a round the clock First Medical Line on +48 501 111 999 and a Call Center available seven days a week on +48 22 23 07 007 and +48 660 307 007.
What the surgery covers and how to book
The team handles general dentistry, but the Wilanów surgery also sees an orthodontist, and the clinic takes dental X-rays on site. Indicative prices from Enel-Med's own list put an orthodontic consultation at 300 zloty and an implant consultation at 240 zloty, though the final cost of treatment is set by the dentist only after the examination, depending on the scope of the procedure. The surgery is fully accessible for people with disabilities.
You can book a visit in person, by phone, through the Call Center, or through the online system at online.enel.pl, which also gives access to medical records and lets you cancel a visit or request a prescription. A mobile app is available too, with a more limited set of functions compared with the patient portal.
On kliniki.pl the clinic holds a rating of 9.4 out of 10, calculated from 620 reviews across three different services. The breakdown is uneven: on Znanylekarz it is 5.0 based on 277 ratings, while on Google it is 4.1 based on 342 ratings, noticeably lower than the overall score. It is worth keeping that in mind and checking the reviews yourself before picking a specific dentist on the team, since the aggregate score says nothing about any single specialist.
For residents of Miasteczko Wilanów or Wilanów Królewski, the main advantage of this place is simply its location. One trip to Alto can cover a dental visit along with errands or picking up a book from the library one floor up, with no need to cross town.
